1clubph Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and 1clubph ("1clubph," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the 1clubph online gaming platform, including all games, features, content, and services available at https://1clubph.com (the "Platform").

By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or using any service offered by 1clubph, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the 1clubph Platform and close your account. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

To register and use the 1clubph Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You are at least twenty-one (21) years of age, as required under Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations governing online gaming;
• You are a resident of the Philippines or are physically located within a jurisdiction where online gaming is lawful;
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of 1clubph, nor an immediate family member of any such person;
• You are not subject to any self-exclusion order, whether voluntary or imposed by a regulatory authority;
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party;
• You have not previously had a 1clubph account suspended or terminated for breach of these Terms.

1clubph reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification may result in suspension of your account and withholding of funds pending investigation.

Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on the 1clubph Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.

When registering your 1clubph account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address. You further agree to promptly update your account information if any details change.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 1clubph login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. 1clubph will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorization, you must notify 1clubph customer support immediately via live chat or by emailing [email protected].

All financial transactions on the 1clubph Platform are conducted exclusively in Philippine Peso (PHP). 1clubph does not accept foreign currency deposits, and no currency conversion is applied to player funds.

Accepted deposit and withdrawal methods include GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Minimum withdrawal amounts and processing times are as published on the Platform and may be updated from time to time.

Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the 1clubph account holder. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. 1clubph reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal request.

1clubph is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, banking institutions, or network outages. Players in areas with limited connectivity — such as remote provinces — are advised to allow additional processing time for transactions.

Any funds deposited into your 1clubph account that are suspected to be derived from illegal activity will be frozen pending investigation and may be reported to the appropriate Philippine authorities.

1clubph may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback credits, reload offers, and other promotional incentives to eligible players from time to time. All such offers are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, game restrictions, and validity periods, which will be published alongside each offer.

Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be specified in the individual promotion terms.

1clubph reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Abuse of promotional offers — including but not limited to bonus hunting, arbitrage betting, or the use of multiple accounts to claim the same offer — will result in the cancellation of the bonus and may result in account suspension.

Players who have opted into a self-exclusion or cooling-off period are not eligible to receive or use promotional offers during that period.

All games available on the 1clubph Platform use certified Random Number Generation (RNG) technology to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Game results are determined independently of any player action or system intervention.

Each game on the 1clubph Platform is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the rules of any game before placing wagers. 1clubph is not liable for losses resulting from a player's misunderstanding of game rules.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during a game session, 1clubph will use commercially reasonable efforts to resolve the issue and restore the game to its correct state. Where this is not possible, the affected round may be voided and any wagers refunded at 1clubph's discretion.

Return to Player (RTP) percentages for individual games are available within the game information panels where provided by the game supplier. These figures represent theoretical long-term averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 1clubph Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of account balance, and referral to law enforcement authorities where applicable:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage;
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in live dealer or multiplayer games;
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity through the Platform;
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the Platform;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 1clubph staff, live dealers, or other players;
• Creating multiple accounts or allowing another person to use your account;
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by law.

All content on the 1clubph Platform — including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, and user interface elements — is the exclusive property of 1clubph or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws in the Philippines and internationally.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content on the Platform without the prior written consent of 1clubph.

1clubph collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and our Privacy Policy, which is available at https://1clubph.com/privacy-policy.

By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. This includes data collected for identity verification, transaction processing, fraud prevention, and regulatory compliance purposes.

1clubph will not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification providers, and regulatory authorities as required by law or necessary to provide the Platform services.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 1clubph shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of profits.

1clubph's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with any claim arising from these Terms or use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

1clubph does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You access and use the Platform at your own risk.

1clubph is committed to promoting responsible gaming and minimizing the risk of problem gambling among its players. The Platform provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible from your account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits to control your spending;
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications when you have been playing for a set duration;
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days;
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period;
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen reminders of time spent and net gaming activity during your session.

1clubph reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if we reasonably believe that you have breached any provision of these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or if required to do so by a regulatory authority.

Upon termination of your account for cause, 1clubph may withhold any balance pending investigation. If the investigation confirms a breach of these Terms, 1clubph reserves the right to forfeit the account balance in whole or in part.

You may close your 1clubph account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of a dispute between you and 1clubph, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting 1clubph customer support. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, either party may refer the matter to the appropriate regulatory authority or competent courts of the Philippines.

For disputes relating to game outcomes or transaction processing, 1clubph's records shall constitute prima facie evidence of the facts recorded therein, unless you can demonstrate a clear and material error.

1clubph reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, 1clubph will notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, where practicable.

The most current version of these Terms will always be available at https://1clubph.com/terms-conditions. The effective date at the top of this page indicates when the current version was last updated.

Your continued use of the 1clubph Platform after any amendment takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your account before the effective date of the changes.
